The Leadership Training Program (LTP) is designed to bring out the best in tomorrow's leaders. Boys from 5th to 8th grade come together in a positive environment that emphasizes teamwork and a spirit of initiative.

What is Catholic Youth World Network?

Catholic Youth World Network (CYWN) is a worldwide network of Catholic youth that work in clubs in cities throughout the world to build a new world based on Christ's values. LTP clubs and camps operate as members of CYWN in the United States and Canada.

CYWN deploys youth programs such as LTP by providing adult leaders with the tools they need to establish and operate successful clubs and camps. As an international organization, CYWN provides the members of LTP the ability to to experience a wide variety of cultures and to develop friendships with other young people around the world.
