Leaders Forming Leaders

The inspiration for the program came from the real need for character and virtue formation in a hands-on manner. We seek to empower the community by re-enforcing the values they are trying to instill. Therefore, this program is a source of positive peer pressure in which older high school mentors are the example for the future leaders of our communities.

The Leadership Training Program is designed to bring out the best in tomorrow’s leaders. It is non-sectarian and is open to 5th through 8th grade boys from all religious backgrounds.
